Portus + Whitton have worked with a number of Retirement and Care Home developers on some 15 Care Village projects including Anchor, Barchester, Beechcroft and Minton Homes where our involvement has been integral to the design process from the earliest conceptual stages.  This includes the award winning Allcourt Meadow project where the creation of a new village green was pivotal to the success of the development.

We have, over the last ten or more years, had experience of supporting several residential schemes in the local area, from project inception through to Planning and ultimately project implementation.  We have been involved in a wide range of residential applications, including large schemes such as North-East Witney (1200 units) and also smaller sensitive Cotswold projects following successful appeals.
