Walled gardens, courtyards, kitchen garden, water features, lake and wild flower areas for this new country house, all set within parkland. The scheme is designed to create a strong sense of place using details, materials and planting characteristic of the north Cotswolds.
The site was previously open agricultural land with farm buildings, benefitting from panoramic views across the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. P+W were involved from the start; developing the design concept with the client, helping to gain planning approvals in this sensitive location and then following through with the detailed design work and on-site supervision.
