Portus + Whitton designed this exciting project which opened in 2010.

The historic walled garden provides a setting for the display of fossilised megalosaur footprints discovered and relocated from Ardley Quarry, near Bicester.  The scheme also uses appropriate Jurassic planting providing the setting for the commissioned life-size model dinosaur which, in addition to its role as an educational facility for schools, also awes and inspires young visitors.
