Francesca joined Portus + Whitton in 2018 while pursuing her Landscape Conversion Master’s degree and is currently on the Pathway to Chartership.
Francesca works on a diverse range of projects from private gardens to a number of different rural hotels in sensitive landscapes such as Soho Farmhouse. She has also worked on several different retirement villages for clients such as Inspired Villages, Anchor and Legal and General.
Her role spans the entire design process, from initial site visits and concept sketches to preparing detailed planning application packages and discharging planning conditions.
Francesca is particularly passionate about promoting biodiversity and integrating sustainability into her work, striving to create landscapes that respond thoughtfully to the surrounding environment as well as being ecologically conscious.
