P+W has recently developed a strong portfolio of hotel and leisure projects. Most notably we have worked on the Soho Farmhouse project in Oxfordshire as well as other Soho House sites in Oxfordshire and on Brighton Seafront.

We also have extensive experience in developing visitor infrastructure working on many sites for the National Trust and also for The Crown Estate, Windsor.

Many of our sites are in historic and/or sensitive locations. We secured Planning permission for the restoration of the historic walled garden on the Great Tew estate with a scheme that also included the creation of a restaurant and luxury lodges within the surrounding woodland. We have also prepared proposals for redeveloping the Lygon Arms hotel in Broadway and Bulstrode Park.
